The Commander of Palanga Rescuers regrets that the false calls interfere with the rescuers’ work: if a real drowning or other disaster occurs at the same time, the lost seconds can cost lives.
“I hope this case is a lesson,” sighed J.Pirožnikas.
He said that rescuers had a lot of intensive work over the weekend: many raids were found during the raids that did not follow public order.
