A video shared on Facebook shows an off-road car and a branch on the road next to it.
A traffic witness said people tried to pull branches off the road, but at the same time, another branch snapped off the pine tree.
Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident, although the video shows one of the men obstructed by a smaller branch.
The Highway Administration warns that on Tuesday afternoon, due to snow and blizzards, traffic conditions in almost all of Lithuania remain difficult.
According to the 4:00 p.m. data, the sidewalks of the main roads are lined with wet or fallen snow, in some places they are covered with a layer of 10-15 cm of loose snow. Regional roads with less traffic intensity are covered with compressed snow, in places with a loose snow cover of up to 20 cm, slippery. Only in western Lithuania are there good winter traffic conditions, here the road surfaces are mostly wet.
If not necessary, residents are asked to stay home, not go anywhere, to plan the trip ahead of time, not to park their cars near large trees.

Meteorologists from the Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service predict that it will snow in some places by the end of the week.
Forecasters say the snow will calm down Tuesday, but there will still be snow in many areas. Blizzards are expected in many places both today and next night.
The following night there will only be heavy snowfalls in some places, mainly in the eastern areas. Strong winds from the northwest and west. Today gusts of 15-18 m / s the next night in some places even up to 19 m / s, temperatures from 2 degrees cold to 2 degrees hot.
It is also expected that it will snow during the day in Lithuania on Wednesday, and a snowstorm will occur in some places. Northwest wind, 8-13 m / s. Maximum temperature from 1 degree cold to 2 degrees hot.
It will snow in some places on Thursday. Night wind in the areas from east to northwest, west to south, 5–10 m / s, during the day south, southeast, 4–9 m / s. Temperature at night 3-8, in places up to 12 degrees cold, during the day from 3 degrees cold to 2 degrees hot.
There will be a lot of snow on Friday, a lot of snow in some western areas. Wind at night mainly southeast, east, north day, 4-9 m / s. Temperature at night 4-9, in places up to 13, on the seashore 2-4 degrees cold, during the day 0-5 degrees cold.
There will be light snow on Saturday. West wind, 4-9 m / s. Temperature at night 7-12, in places up to 14, on the seashore 5-7 degrees cold, during the day 1-6 degrees cold.
On Sunday it will snow in the southeastern side of the country. Variable wind direction, 2-7 m / s. Temperature at night 8-13, in places up to 15, on the seashore 5-7 degrees cold, during the day 1-6 degrees cold.
