The company’s offer was evaluated with 53 points. HSC Baltic also participated in the tender. The offer for the euro was evaluated with 53 points.

The contracting authority rejected the offers of Conresta and Akordas 1 for excessive prices, and the offers of Kamitra ir ko and Stebulė were rejected because they did not meet the requirements.

MadeinVilnius.lt reminds that the Japanese garden in Šnipiškės will be installed in two stages.

In the first stage, it is planned to form a raised garden and greenery, install fountains, hiking and biking trails, various fences, a pontoon bridge over the lake, gazebos, open-air baths, a playground, a parking lot.

This stage is funded by the European Union and the Vilnius City Council. The EU’s share is just over € 2.3 million and that of the city is around € 769,000. euros. Funding for the second phase is not yet available.

Previously, it was planned that access to the garden would be paid, but now this idea has been abandoned.

The garden project was developed according to the concept developed by the father and son of the Japanese landscape architects Shiro Nakane and Yukihiro Nakane, and the technical project was prepared by the companies Terra firma LT and NIT projektai.

Plans to establish a Japanese-style garden in Šnipiškės have been stalled for more than five years. It is now scheduled to be installed in 2022.
