The court found that the defendant S. Balsevičius, after installing a self-made video recording device, secretly filmed people in an outdoor biotoilet for an unspecified period of time, and therefore illegally collected private information highly protected over them.

The defendant produced and maintained pornographic recordings depicting children under the age of 14.

The judgment may be appealed to the Šiauliai Regional Court through the Šiauliai District Court within 20 days from the date of publication.
