However, the case is still ongoing. Other witnesses will be questioned. The 22-year-old mannequin died in November 2017 after falling from the 14th floor balcony of the Hotel Klaipeda. Their family lawyer says that both defendants contributed to this. Of these, the victims claim non-pecuniary damages of 200,000 euros and material damages of 2,000 euros. Both defendants do not admit guilt.
