Yesterday, at the end of the third stage of the Hoptrans 3×3 tournament, eight teams emerged, which we will see in Palanga from July 24 to 25, fighting for the title of champions of the month-long tournament.
Juventus-Uniclub Casino, Vytis-Gulbelė, Tauras, Pieno Žvaigždės, Šiauliai, Lietkabelis, Dzūkija and Neptūnas became these teams.
Based on the points scored, the clubs were divided into two groups of four teams. In group A, the clubs Utena, Pasvalys, Šiauliai and Klaipėda will compete, and in group B the fighting teams of Šakiai, Kaunas district, Panevėžys and Alytus will compete.
On Friday (July 24), the final stage group competition will take place, where the teams will share their positions before the playoffs. All matches will take place at the usual time, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The top three teams in the group stage will advance to the playoffs on Saturday (July 25), with the last places in the groups competing for seventh place.
The group winners will advance directly to the semifinals, while the 2-3 winners will continue to play in the quarterfinals, after which it will be clear which two teams will continue to fight in the semifinals and which will have to settle for fifth position. .
Finally, the four strongest teams will have semi-finals and finals, during which the names of the winners of the Hoptrans 3×3 tournament will be announced.
