According to the authors of the project, the following corrections were made after the comments:
-
The border street perimeter has been adjusted to be considered the first floor of the complex, and the facades at the top of the complex (by replacing the three high-rise buildings) have been removed from the street;
-
After evaluating the scale of the adjacent buildings, the balance was discovered and formed between the floor and the part of the building complex, as well as between the interior of the adjacent parcel and the adjacent buildings;
-
Raised floors are no longer designed in the 7-fold casing. The height of the building from 29.70 m has been reduced in this way. up to 26.50 m .;
-
A second additional introduction to underground car storage is planned;
-
The number of parking spaces in the underground car park has increased from 231 to 265, and this is the maximum number available according to the needs established in the regulations.
-
On the adjacent side of Paribio Street, in accordance with the new conditions of connection to public communications, a separate project is planned to organize the street by preparing an alligator, new parking spaces and parking lots.
Rewo road infrastructure plans to invest around 300,000 euros. Both sides of the street will be managed on the plot, a total of approximately 210 m in section. It will be designed with a wooden alley, sidewalks, lighting, a bike path, the road surface will be replaced.

The city’s chief architects department says it will make the final decision after the public presentation, evaluating both project corrections and public comment.
According to Mindaugas Pakalnis, the city’s chief architect, the community’s Danes send valuable notes to the authors of the project. When developers hear about them and consider them, you can go ahead.
The municipality monitors the progress of the project, initiates a dialogue between the city community and the developer, and comments that it is in the interest of the city. The city and its development projects are becoming a crossroads for the Danes, but we must give priority to the interests of the city, which are enshrined in the master plan. If either side stops listening to strong arguments, we can hardly call that dialogue constructive. In this case, Rewo strives to reach an agreement with the community and the municipality, trying to find the best solution. We are also fascinated by the active participation of the community. We thank both parties for their active participation and we want to hear each other, M. Pakalnis is quoted in the press release.
The current and in preparation in the general plan of the city provides for the conversion of the industrial zone into a territory based on the needs of the population and make it an active part of the city, explains the municipality. According to the main urban planning document, it is not possible to carry out production activities in this area.
It is clear that UAB Paribio 12, related to Rewo, intends to develop a state-planned complex of 1.0671 ha. Currently there are production buildings, checkpoint, 8 warehouses, 2 steam rooms, 3 roofs.
The 12 shares of Paribio are owned by the Cypriot company Anised Enterprises Limited and UAB Dolas. The shareholders of the latter are Edvinas Malevskis, Andrius Voinis and Edvinas Lukaeviius. They also own Rewo. [infogram id=”a29d4065-cfb9-482b-b9ca-8ba94d039772″ prefix=”2ed” format=”interactive” title=”Copy: rewo but pardavimai 2019″]
