The UEFA Champions League competition, which was suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic, continues. The first step was taken in Nion, Switzerland, on Friday, where spells were drawn for the quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals.
After the lottery ceremony on Friday, the UEFA Champions League quarterfinal pairs emerged:
QF1: Manchester City (England) / Real Madrid – Juventus / Lyon Turin
QF2: Leipzig (Germany) – Atlético de Madrid (Spain)
QF3: Barcelona (Spain) / Napoli (Italy) – Bayern Munich (Germany) / Chelsea London (England)
QF4: Atalanta (Italy) – Paris Saint-Germain (France)

In the semifinals, the winner of QF1 will face the winner of QF3, and the winning team of QF2 will play against the winner of pair QF4.
Even before the lottery, there were 4 clear teams in the quarterfinals: Leipzig (Germany), Atlético de Madrid (Spain), Atalanta (Italy) and Paris Saint-Germain (France).
Others will emerge after the eighth final match, which will take place from August 7 to 8.
The following teams will compete for the remaining four tickets to the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals:
London Chelsea – Munich Bayern
Naples – Barcelona
Real Madrid – Manchester City
Lyon – Juventus Turin
The 2019-2020 season of the Champions League will run in Lisbon, Portugal. The match will take place in two stadiums: the Estadio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica (where the final will also take place) and the José Alvalade Stadium in CP.
The quarterfinals will be played from August 12 to 15, the semifinals from August 18 to 19 and the final on August 23. There will be no retaliation in the playoffs, everything will be decided in a confrontation between the teams.
