“We are observing how the beach installed in Lukiškės Square is possibly used for the purposes of the Freedom Party elections. These actions have the characteristics of illegal party financing, when the administrative position of municipal administrative resources and funds of the budget are used for a political campaign, in addition, private legal entities are attracted to finance the electoral campaign, and the published political announcements are not marked according to legal acts.
