According to BNS police officers, there could be between 30 and 40 people in the Town Hall square.

At the beginning of the event, the agents arrested a drunk person who approached the scene.

Dozens more listened to speeches by those who spoke at the rally on Saturday afternoon, hiding from the rain and wind under the roofs of cafes and other buildings.

The Vilnius City Municipality has issued a permit for this campaign. A. Astrauskaitė planned for up to 700 people to gather for the rally.

In addition, he had requested permission to protest from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., but at the request of the municipality, the event will last until 5:00 p.m.

At the beginning of the event, A. Astrauskaitė stated that she was not satisfied with the behavior of the media: that he was trying to ridicule and marginalize her.

“In summer, it puts photos of the winter periods, it closes. This is a mockery not only of me, but also of other people with other opinions, patriots, defenders of the homeland, the language and the family, ”he said.

Dr. Eduardas Vaitkus was outraged by the children’s vaccinations.

“It is a crime to vaccinate children. The benefit-risk balance is completely unclear and the harm is more likely,” he said.

In one of several Facebook accounts available, A. Astrauskaitė points out that during the protest campaign it will be required to cancel the Emergency situation, forced tests of employees, students and schoolchildren, and translation of vaccines.

It is also proposed to lift the access passport and other restrictions for people who have not been vaccinated or who have not had COVID-19. President Gitanas Nausėda is required to not express confidence in the government of Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė and to offer to resign. Among other things, they want early elections to the Seimas.

On August 10, a demonstration organized for a woman near the Seimas turned into riots. They are now the subject of a pre-trial investigation. Suspicions of riots against fifty people have been raised.
