Since the beginning of September, the passport of opportunity has been issued at Lithuanian post offices, Sodra branches and pharmacies. Previously, the Records Center also traveled to smaller locations, making it possible to obtain this document in the most convenient way possible.
M.Samkus says that people often collect paper passports of opportunities in pharmacies.
The passport can be obtained by people who have been fully vaccinated, who have been diagnosed with coronavirus or who undergo regular tests on their own account.
The government has ruled that many services and outlets will be restricted to people without a passport starting Monday. Without it, you can only shop at small grocery stores, pharmacies, opticians, and veterinary stores.
Non-immune people are also not allowed to visit beauty salons, catering establishments, entertainment venues, events, except outdoor events, which are attended by no more than 500 people.
