The coronavirus, which continues to wreak havoc in the United States, has also not been overlooked by the Indiana Pacers camp.
Fines are thrown this season
IndyStar reports that a positive coronavirus case has been confirmed to one of the Pacers’ leaders, Malcolm Brogdon.
Despite being infected, Brogdon said he intends to play in the renewed NBA season.
“I feel good and good. I plan to join my teammates in Orlando and play with them in the playoffs,” said Brogdon.
More recently, the basketball player himself participated in peaceful protests of the “importance of black life,” which was not without a massive gathering of people.
The Pacers began testing Tuesday and will travel to Orlando in early July to begin preparations for the season restart.
