No more seaside tolls
At the end of the summer season, the toll is no longer collected on the coast, in the Tarifa Verde Zone and at the Yellow Zone sites established there this year.
Tolls will no longer have to be paid until May 1 in the Red Zone in Smiltyne.
The taxable time of the day is reduced.
In the red zone, taxable parking is reduced from 8 am to 8 pm. The toll is charged every day of the week. At Smiltyne, we remind you that the toll is no longer charged.
In the yellow zone, the taxable hours are shortened at the Piliavietis site and at the entrances to the Recreational Park. Through May, tolls will be collected at these locations from 8 am to 6 pm every day of the week.
Technical innovations introduced this year – ATMs in two different zones, the ability to see the actual number of free parking spaces in car parks in advance on the Internet – allow drivers to make more rational decisions.
Parking rates in the Red Zone are changing
As of September 16, the fee to park the vehicle for 12 minutes will be € 0.30. Previously, it was possible to steep for 20 minutes for such an amount.
So now it will cost € 1.50 an hour to park a car in this area. When paying with cash at an ATM, 30 cents is the minimum payment amount. The minimum currency is 10 cents.
Due to the changes indicated in the Yellow and Red zones, the rates for the TV forgetting rates change accordingly.
