Police reported that while searching residential and conspiracy locations for suspects, criminals found 28,500 packages of Minsk cigarettes and 13,500 packages of Fest cigarettes. All the fumes found were with fellow Belarusians. Its value exceeds 150,000 Eur. Both individuals were arrested.
Due to the fact, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in accordance with Article 199-2 CC of the Republic of Lithuania. 2 d. This crime is punishable by a fine or up to 8 years in prison. The investigation is led by the Second Prosecution Division of the Kaunas Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
