Delfi confirmed the news about the arrest of Andrius Lobovas by the Vilnius County Police. The spokesman for the Public Prosecutor’s Office Gintarė Vitkauskaitė-Šatkauskienė says that the so-called Celofanas and A. Lobovas are detained during the investigation of the case of disturbances near the Seimas.

Representatives of the BNS prosecutor’s office revealed that another third suspect has been detained, but who he is is not mentioned. The houses of the suspects were searched.

The prosecution promises to provide more detailed information on these arrests a little later.

According to Delfi, Justas Laucius, the Prosecutor of the Attorney General’s Office, plans today to request the court to ask both suspects of a crime in relation to the alleged riots arrested before the Seimas in the case of Antanas Kandrotas, the head of the pre-group investigation of the trial of Antanas Kandrotas and Andrius Lobovas.

According to the Registry Center data, the founder and head of Bobiko is Dalia Belikienė, a resident of the Tauragė District Municipality.

Dozens of suspects in the riot case

So far, a total of 38 people have been charged with the riots in the Seimas on 10 August.

At that time, 26 people were arrested and charged with possible organization of disturbances, one of them for illegal possession of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances for the purpose of distribution (in accordance with article 259.1 of the Penal Code).

A pre-trial investigation is also carried out for a crime provided for in article 167 of the Penal Code (Illegal collection of information about a person’s private life). It was launched in response to offers made on social media to disclose the personal data of riot police for a fee.
