“The head of the Emergency Ministry, Yevgeny Zinichev, tragically died while rescuing a person,” the ministry said in a statement issued by the ministry.
Mr. Zinichev was 55 years old.

According to one of the RBK sources, Russia’s Emergency Situations Minister J. Zinichev was killed during filming in an attempt to arrest a member of the film crew who had slipped to the edge of the cliff.
It is announced that the filming took place during the exercise during the creation of an educational film by the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia. A member of the film crew was also killed, the source said.
As Margarita Simonian, editor-in-chief of RT propaganda, wrote on her Telegram channel, she is the operator of the film crew. When the man fell into the water, Zinichev tried to save him, but he died when he fell on a stone. Mr. Simonian confirmed that the operator had also been killed.
