Skirmantė does not hide that he likes to make simple dishes with simple ingredients. “Readers love my recipes because they know they will prepare them with what they have in their cabinets, they won’t have to buy unknown ingredients that they might not like and have to throw them away. If you ask readers what kinds of dishes I associate with, they are probably stews, steaks and other meat dishes, ”says the happy woman.
When asked why the blog is called “Red Kitchen”, Skirmantė smiles. “This blog name came because I have a hobby. I really like various red kitchen utensils: pots, plates, various details. But only bright red, and only the kitchen.”
Zucchini boats with mushrooms
Zucchini, zucchini, zucchini. And again, they all grew up at the same time, so the most popular question is: what do you make with zucchini?
My parents play with mushrooms, so I always get up at dawn and run into the forest. I am very grateful to you for the waiters and for the opportunity to taste the wonderfully fragrant, natural and real, fresh boletus. I wonder if I could find mushrooms and time to grow mushrooms on my own. So this time I made zucchini boats with boletus collected by my parents.
