As emotions subside after the nighttime riots near the Seimas, it becomes clear which people were arrested for inciting the riots. The police arrested 26 protesters that night and their image speaks volumes.

Vilnius Police Chief Saulius Gagas says: “Out of 26 people, 10 had convictions. Other people have faced law enforcement within the bounds of administrative misconduct. Thirteen of the detainees are unemployed, which may somehow give an impression of the detainees. “
Attorney General Nida Grunskienė states: “One person has already been convicted 13 times, one person 14 times and one 12 times in this pre-trial investigation. Three people have been convicted 12 times each, and one person has been charged in two pre-trial investigations. “
Nendrė Černiauskienė, assistant to MP Valdemaras Valkiūnas, also fell into the hands of officials before dark. She became famous even before the Seimas elections, putting a stake in the debate.
Petras Gražulis and Naglis Puteikis also visited Černiauskienė in the detention center on Thursday: “Černiauskienė said she was pushed by the same person who pushed teacher Astra Astrauskaitė during a rally in Cathedral Square a week ago.”
But that is a lie. The man who participated in the previous rally incident did not participate in the rally, and N. Černiauskienė herself recorded his arrest, in which it can be seen that the incident arises with a completely different person. The file shows that the woman herself approached the journalists and prevented them from working.
And I found a photographer. But upon hearing that, the officer next door reacted immediately because he saw everything up close: “Now you are in temporary custody because I saw perfectly well how you pushed.”
People react to the stories of P. Gražulis about political cases that are created even in the streets. Someone was lazy to stop in the middle of the street and drive back a little to call P. Gražulis and N. Puteikis loudly “roosters”.
The police have also detained two leaders of the Family Movement: Adelina Sabaliauskaitė and Vitoldas Račkovas, participants and organizers of almost all the recent protests against everything.
Adelina Sabaliauskaitė has protested along with Žilvinas Razminas, who spreads extreme rhetoric, constantly swings against NATO and the European Union and glorifies Putin. Recently, he has been protesting against migrants in Dieveniškės, obstructing the work of journalists.
On the night of the same day, people were already inciting people to block the way for officials in Rūdninkai: “Do you want them to rape, steal, steal their children? Do not? Do it decently! “
After these incitements, the police had the power to seize the people who were blocking the road to the landfill, spraying the most disobedient with gas. And on Tuesday night, he broadcast the protest itself and still spoke through a loudspeaker. He incited angry rioters to attack journalists: “Journalists, aren’t you sleeping? What do you need here? So why did you come here? Again, distort the facts? Run home, quick. “
Seconds before forming a crowd to attack journalists, he hears on his own broadcast a male voice telling him to turn off the television.
Both Račkova and Sabaliauskaitė, who had already dumped hail on the officers, urged not to throw stones to listen to them on their own broadcasts. It is true that the organizers of the “Family March” explain that their detained friends are not guilty.
Raimondas Grinevičius, the main leader of the Family Movement, says: “The faces of those who threw stones cannot be identified, the people who have not contributed anything at all are removed and accusations are made against them.”
To identify all the perpetrators, the police ask for public help. Individuals who acknowledge the disturbances are asked to report this to officials so that those who caused the disturbances are held accountable.
“At noon today, we have received more than 250 messages with videos, photos and people are very active, providing that information. We are analyzing the information we have and I can say that there is not an exhaustive list 26, there will be more, ”says Gag.
A man who throws stones at the police like two drops of water looks like Arnold Misiūnas, a professional mixed wrestler. The same fighter showed images of the protest on a social network, he participated there. He did not respond to TV3’s request for information, but earlier he told the tv3.lt news portal that he was not throwing stones here.
However, a comparison of the video with the photos of the athlete himself reveals that the tattoos on the face are the same in both cases. A. Misiūnas was made public and his friend’s photo was punctured. The man was also captured on video together, probably with A. Misiūnas himself.
A. Misiūnas became famous not because of his sporting achievements in the ring, but because after the losing fight he was cursed by artist Egidijus Dragūnas-Selas.
The 26 people detained Wednesday night still spent time in detention on Wednesday. Prosecutors asked the court to arrest all of them.
“Suspects can flee, hide from pre-trial investigation officers, prosecutors or the court, they can commit new criminal acts and obstruct the process,” says N. Grunskienė.
But six judges did not arrest all. Some of the rioters were robbed, documents seized or promised not to leave the country.
Mindaugas Ražanskas, the vice president of the court, says: “Some of them are working, some of them have families, some may not be sentenced, there are various reasons for that.”
Although the “Family Movement” demonstration near the Seimas will take place in September, and was organized by the scandalously famous teacher Astra Astrauskaitė, there was no shortage of “Family Movement” activists.
Darius Jauniškis, head of the Department of State Security, states: “In January, the Department of State Security already informed all decision makers and institutions about the activities of the Family Movement, month”.
But that the rally would not end in riots, the security guards did not see.
“There were no initial signs that this could turn into a riot, and I think the police should probably come to the same conclusion, because there were no signs that this would necessarily lead to riots, riots or violence. But it happened as it did,” he says D. Jauniškis.
The SSD has no evidence that foreign states are behind the riots and that the riots themselves are related to the riots at the Rūdninkai landfill, where illegal arrests have been unleashed.
