The company of Gilma Teodora Gylytė, the architect of Vilnius mayor Remigijus Šimašius’s new life friend, has won five tenders announced by the municipality, the portals 15min.lt write. and delfi.lt.
In February 2019, the company Do architecs, of which GT Gylytė is one of the shareholders, earned 12.1 thousand. In September of the same year, the company earned 730 thousand euros. an architectural competition worth designing the Tolminkiemis Gymnasium in Pilaitė.
Last spring, the municipality requested Do arquitectos and the company in April for a thousand. drew up a project for the installation of temporary hospitals. In the same month, the company pledged for just over 12,000. to design recreational facilities on Naugarduko Street.
The last contract was signed between Do architects and the Vilnius municipality in February this year, for almost 12 thousand. The company undertook to provide services for the preparation of materiality and small architectural details of the streets of Vilnius.
Karolis Vaitkevičius, advisor to R. Šimašius, declared on 15min.lt that a conflict of public and private interests could not arise: the mayor declared his relations with GT Gylyte to the Main Commission of Official Ethics (COEC).
In May, the mayor of Vilnius announced his divorce from his then-wife Agne Matulaite.
The news portal tv3.lt recalls that very recently the court officially dissolved the marriage of the mayor of Vilnius, Remigijus Šimašius, and Agnė Matulaitė. It seems that the pain of divorce is in the past: the man exchanged gold rings with his beloved Gilma Teodora Gylyte.
