The sea god Neptune, mermaids, sports cars, horses, service dogs, motorcycles, fishermen and representatives of maritime organizations descended the streets of Klaipėda.
Crews from the Baltic Regatta 2021 sailing regatta also participated in the march.

This is a great opportunity to introduce yourself to educational institutions and companies. Their performances are often accompanied by applause.
This year, the guests of the Festival of the Sea also saw Egidijus Sipavičius. The interpreter, who participated in the march with the DFDS maritime ferry company, drew well-known songs and invited to visit the biggest summer festival.
The march was led by the Mayor of Klaipėda City, Vytautas Grubliauskas, and the Director General of the Klaipėda State Port Authority, Algis Latakas.
The festive procession was a bit more modest this year than Klaipeda residents were used to seeing before the global COVID-19 pandemic. However, it reminded the city and the whole country that Lithuania was a maritime state.
