Secret Ingredient Burger Sauce
Ingredients:
- 0.5 glasses of mayonnaise;
- 2 tbsp. spoon pickled or pickled cucumber puree;
- 1.5 tablespoons mustard;
- 0.5 scoop protein BBQ sauce;
- 1.5 tablespoons tablespoons of apple cider vinegar;
- 0.5 tbsp. garlic powder spoon;
- 0.5 tbsp. spoon onion powder;
- 0.5 tbsp. spoon pepper powder;
- a pinch of salt.
Doing:
1. It is the cucumber puree that the food production expert calls the secret ingredient in this sauce. Puree can be made by simply grating a pickled or pickled cucumber briefly and adding a little liquid.
This will require: 2 glasses of chopped cucumber, half a glass of chopped onion, half a glass of vinegar, a quarter glass of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cornmeal mixed with 1 teaspoon of water, a pinch of dill, mustard and coriander seeds .
Mix the chopped cucumber and onion with a teaspoon of salt and place in a strainer placed on top of the bowl. Let it separate for about 3 hours and drain the juice. Then drain the liquid from the bowl and wrap the cucumber and onion mixture in a cloth and press.
In a small saucepan, add vinegar, sugar, a little more salt and heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves. Then reduce the heat and simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Put the cucumber and onion dough in a pot, stir and heat for about 2 minutes. Add the cornmeal puree and stir for about 1 minute. Remove the pot from the stove and transfer the entire contents to a bowl, add the spices. Do not cover. Let cool completely for at least an hour and a half. This secret sauce ingredient is best made in the evening and enjoyed the next day.
2. Once you have the cucumber puree prepared, mix it with mayonnaise, mustard, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, seasoning powder, and salt. Then keep the sauce in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
If you plan to season this salad with bacon instead of burgers, make it more liquid: add a little milk or rice vinegar.
