Environmental Protection Department with Delphi shared information that reminds us how to behave in nature and what responsibility the infringement awaits.

Drivers need to know some important rules

Attention is drawn to the fact that it is forbidden to park motor vehicles within 25 meters of the water body in coastal protection zones. On a steep slope, the distance is calculated from the shore, and if the lake is in a protected area, the distance should be 50 meters.

Violation of coastal protection zones will result in a warning or a fine of € 30-140.

It is also worth remembering that you can enter the forest by car and drive it only on highways, and you can park vehicles only in designated parking lots or on the side of the road, without blocking the way for others.

“Illegal driving through grass, forest floor with motor vehicles carries a warning or a fine of 20-140 euros.

Driving illegally through the grass cover, forest floor by motor vehicles, when the grass cover or forest floor has been damaged or destroyed as a result, incurs a fine of 140-300 euros ”, announces the Department of Environmental Protection.

It should be noted that the forest floor or the driven meadow is not considered a road.

Others need to know how to behave

Fishermen must not forget the rules either: they must collect municipal waste within a radius of 5 meters from the fishing spot and take it to the waste collection containers. This does not apply only when fishing with a permanent change of location, spearfishing or fishing from a boat.

This type of infraction of the Amateur Fishing Rules carries a warning or a fine of € 10-60.

It is also forbidden to light fires, use open flames or throw fire in places not intended for this purpose.

These violations may be subject to a warning or a fine of between € 20 and € 50. A fine of between 50 and 110 euros may also be imposed on directors of legal entities or other responsible persons.

Penalties can also be imposed for littering; For such behavior, you may have to pay between 20 and 50 euros.

It is emphasized that if the natural environment is not remedied immediately and real damage is identified, the violators must also compensate for the damage caused to the environment, then the financial costs may increase even more.
