For a two-day event, something needs to be done. Stress. A team of approximately 80 festival employees and volunteers is already on site. Guests to the event from Lithuania and abroad are already on their way. Guests planned their vacations, booked overnight stays at various hotels in Palanga, and made costumes. Everything is organized, except the licenses.

Spring, we started organizing Powder. We all understand that the same corrupt blacks still sit in the municipal circus, so we decided not to go to it. We are organizing a private event, and the alcohol will be served by Auska herself, who has an alcohol license, someone does not like our decision, she cannot interrupt the event, but it can hurt.
