The prosecutor reiterated that the facts of workplace harassment had not been established during this pre-trial investigation: “It is difficult to say what was going through a person’s mind. Perhaps there was some difficult situation at work in general. After all, a night watchman approached her.
However, I was wondering how many of those on-call times there were for the residents, who answered me about once a month. We know that the girl was considering going to the residence or not. But after choosing her studies, she studied well and was satisfied with the work ”.
