Dworczyk’s emails were made public when his private email account was hacked. They are published on the Telegram platform.
Among them is a letter written by M. Dworczyk to M. Morawieckis last November on the results of his visit to Vilnius. This visit took place after the Seimas elections, but the work of the Government of Ingrida Šimonytė had not yet started.
Mr. Dworczyk writes that he presented gifts from the Polish Prime Minister and appreciates his excellent cooperation.
He also tells the Polish Prime Minister about S. Skvernel’s own plans in Lithuanian politics.
“He has a plan to rest and then begin to activate himself, to become the leader of the entire opposition. Perhaps assume the leadership of the party and, if not, consider the creation of a new political project. I think it would be good if he sent him a nice message or call and talk, “the letter reads.
S. Skvernelis declined to comment on the content of the letter.
“No comment, I can’t talk about leaked letters from strangers. I didn’t talk about those issues.” 15 minutes answered.

M. Dworczyk also shared his impressions of the meeting with Ingrid Šimonytė: he calls her a sincere, warm and open woman who speaks excellent Polish.
According to him, I. Šimonytė emphasized several times during the meeting that he expected new close ties. The letter states that, due to disputes relating to the Polish legal system, it “declares a desire to maintain neutrality” “between the lines”.

M. Dworczyk, Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis, expressed further doubts about the Conservative leader: he called him a skeptical Polish politician.
“Unfortunately, (I. Šimonytė) is not alone in the government. It will be a relatively young ‘European’ cabinet (many born after 1980). In addition to Polish skeptics like the young Landsbergis – MFA,” the letter said.
“Leaky letters can be a tool for political manipulation, who will guarantee their authenticity? So we will not comment on them. Gabriel Landsbergis’ meetings with the Polish Foreign Minister show an unprecedented level of foreign policy cooperation and strategic cooperation between the two countries. ” 15 minutes Vytautė Šmaižytė, spokesperson for Foreign Minister G.Landsbergis, commented.

The chief of the cabinet also met with Evelina Dobrovolska, then a candidate for justice minister, in Vilnius.
“Although we differ on many things, she is a smart enough girl and will definitely cooperate,” the letter read.
According to the letter, the meeting with the leader of the Lithuanian Polish election campaign, the Union of Christian Families Valdemar Tomaševskis, left a bad impression.
“The meeting with V. Tomaszewski and the Polish MPs is a drama: zero reflexes after the lost elections,” says M. Dworczyk.
He also says that he spoke extensively with presidential adviser Jaroslav Neverovich, who assured that President Gitan Nauseda will seek to maintain good relations between our countries.
“In short, the golden age of PL-LT relations is over (for example, the Social Democrats are already preparing a resolution of the Seimas on the legal system in Poland, although the conservatives and the liberal forces, Evelina are trying to sabotage it) , there is a need for further cooperation, “the letter says.

Due to the leakage of letters, the Poles tend to attribute the responsibility to Russia.
Mr. Dworczyk assured him that there were no classified official documents in his mailbox and that some of the leaked information and the content of the letters had been fabricated.
“The syntax and language of the messages, as well as the metadata of the published files, indicate that the material could have been prepared and compiled by Russian speakers,” he noted last week.
Jaroslaw Kaczynski, who heads the Law and Justice Party (PiS), said the programmers were seeking “to destabilize our country.”
“Analyzes of our services and the secret services of our allies allow us to unequivocally say that the cyberattack was carried out from the territory of the Russian Federation,” Kaczynski said in a statement.
There are tensions between Poland and Russia over a number of issues, including Ukraine’s annexation of Crimea to Moscow in 2014 and the Kremlin’s support for autocratic Belarusian President Aliaksandr Lukashenko.
