For a transitional period that ends on September 1, it will be sufficient to present the document in English or in the language of the destination country. Paper or digital certificates available on the smart device will be accepted.
The amendments also stipulate that children under the age of 12 arriving in Latvia must not present a document with a negative test result, but will be subject to the same self-isolation requirements as their companions.
