“This bill was not prepared by the Social Democratic Party. We didn’t even get a chance to delve into it enough. The association bill was not supported by 5 of the 11 members of the Social Democratic faction who participated in the Seimas session: Tomas Bičiūnas, Kęstutis Vilkauskas, Vilija Targamadzė, Liudas Jonaitis and Vidmantas Kanopa.
