A joint closed meeting of the CEC and the ERC was held on Wednesday, during which no recommendation was made on which lead country should attend the EVS meeting in June. After the meeting, Radvilė Morkūnaitė-Mikulėnienė, chair of the ERC, told reporters that if the head of state disagrees with the Prime Minister on what is happening in EVS before June, it may be necessary to amend the laws. .

Ž. Pavilionis said it would offer President G. Nausėda to meet with the presidents of Seimas URK and ERK to discuss the situation.
