Last week, the state company Turto bankas issued a report indicating that when the government decided to move Villa Auska to the municipality of Palanga, all the properties were inspected and inventoried.

According to Turto bankas, “all buildings and their essential parts, all integrated equipment, doors, windows, windowsills, frescoes, stained glass, radiators, bars and other assets were inspected,” and at the beginning of this year they were transferred to the municipalities. property.

According to the state company, the company that leased the building complex and the villa management company in 2011 also entered into a separate personal property lease agreement and sold part of the short-term assets (furniture, appliances, textiles) in 2014 .
