In the first case, two witnesses were found at the scene. One of them explained that he had seen a drunk and saw that he had started to drive a car.
The man ran to the car and turned it off. To prevent the person from starting the car and driving again, the car keys were taken from him.
Another person who saw the incident said that when he saw a man rush into the car and turn it off, he decided to help.
He also came across a personally driven Toyota Corolla and applied the parking brake to keep the car from rolling. Then the two men stopped the driver of the car.
A few days later, the situation was a little different. On June 10, a gas station employee approached the police.
He said that a Toyota car had arrived at the service station. The driver pulled into the parking lot, got out and went to the column, asked for the bathroom.
Leaving the speakerphone, he went back to the car. He didn’t get out of the car, then rebuilt it further away from the column.
The driver aroused suspicions in his behavior that he was drunk. He arrived at the gas station around 5 p.m. and until 7 p.m. he was in the column’s territory at all times. The fact of driving was confirmed by videos.
Perpetrator’s Testimony
Defendant Andrei T. pleaded totally guilty at trial on the charges against him.
For the first episode, he told me that, as far as he remembers, his wife and daughter went out to the passport section. The daughter had to go on vacation to Germany.
He sat down and waited in the passport section. It had next to vodka mixed with a carbonated drink. While waiting, according to the man, he did not know what came to mind.
He got in the car to the driver’s seat and drove off. He got out of the car, someone saw him and called the police.

Not wanting to wait outside, he went to a nearby store, bought a bottle of vodka, juice. He said he didn’t want to stand and drink outside so he sat in the car.
He was overwhelmed by natural affairs, so he went to the gas station bathroom. Then he left the gas station, sat in the car and drove 20 meters so as not to disturb the gas station customers.
After 10 minutes. The police arrived, he had consumed a lot of alcohol, he drank half a bottle. It turned out that he had been drinking for 6 days straight.
In court, Andrei T. said that the two seized cars are his, that he is in the auto trade. The man asked not to impound the vehicles, but at the same time was glad that they had been parked in the storage area for so long that their recovery would exceed the value of the cars themselves.
The court not only confiscated the cars, but also imprisoned the man behind bars for a long time.
