One day it was as if I physically felt that it was difficult to even tie my shoes and I decided to take the scale. When I saw that the weight had already reached the triple digit range, I was very scared. It was probably the main shock when I decided, quite a bit, I have to do something. “

Even the numbers are afraid to remember … One day, climbing the scales, I realized that I had reached the end of the bridge, “he complained.
A year ago, the fate of the three women brought the same trainer Edita Poškaitienė, known to Kaunas residents as a long-term specialist in group training and nutrition, for weight loss breathing training. “I immediately thought that the body bending was kind of silly, but I went to exercise with a neighbor from the company. And since that day everything has changed.
After each workout, I felt more energy, I didn’t want to eat a lot anymore, I started to sleep better. More importantly, the personality of Coach Edita inspired me.
She always finds praise and encouragement for us. In my opinion, that’s all that works. I couldn’t play sports with a coach who would criticize me, ”recalled Jurgita K. at the beginning, who at three months could already boast of a ten-centimeter slimmer waist and 12 pounds lost.

According to coach Edita Poškaitienė, Greta was one of those who tried ten group sessions and then wanted to train individually at the sports club. “Since last September, we started individual training, created a diet plan for her and observed the changes, which were very impressive. The body became stronger, became flexible. The contraction of the body was reduced by up to 50 cm and the weight was reduced by 25 kilograms ”. – The specialist rejoiced.
Rather, she was convinced that the results were influenced by the fact that Edita, unlike all personal trainers, did not frame her in any framework of the program. “When I started going to the gym, the trainer simply applied the exercises here and now according to my physical and physical abilities at the time. For this reason, the sport has never been boring, the exercises are constantly adjusted and varied, and the results have started to show more and more, the volume has decreased and the whole body has been noticeably strengthened, “he said.

In this way, the woman’s diet stabilized, her appetite decreased, her overeating attacks disappeared, her body melted in centimeters, and with them the kilos. Today, Jurgita can be happy to have become even 20 kg lighter.
“The most difficult thing is not to give in to the lazy and when you see that the weight has stopped falling. However, the results and the support of Coach Edita are very motivating. And of course the fact that you really want to lose weight one last time, ”he says.
Edita Poškaitienė, a trainer who has been doing various workouts and body bending breathing classes to lose weight for almost twenty years, claims to have noticed for a long time that each special and systematic exercise, unnecessary kilograms dissolve, the body shape stabilizes and the weight loss doesn’t return. .
The only drawback is that such training can wake up more active people, but everyone, seeing the results, captures the passion of not stopping.
Therefore, the specialist decided to diversify the training of her clients as necessary. For some, he performs personal slimming breathing sessions and includes exercises in the gym, for others he applies many years of experience in body design or x-fit training, motivates not only to participate in group workouts, but also to communicate after the sessions.
“During the second quarantine, the trainings were carried out remotely. However, we all found time to talk about our goals, motivate and support each other.
