As reported by the portal “Irish Times”A 51-year-old man committed a heinous crime after the court ruled that custody of the girl went to his ex-partner.
The attack is said to have taken place in the middle of the day. The court recognized that E.Daukšas struck a Lithuanian with a 6-inch knife at least 19 times. It was inflicted on the vital organs of a woman: the heart, the lungs. The arriving doctors could no longer help anyone.
In court, the Lithuanian tried to repent and plead for mercy, claiming that handing over his daughter to her mother had seriously broken him. However, 12 members of the jury did not believe in that Lithuanian duel.
As it says “Irish Times”, E.Daukšas, after hearing the court decision, did not show any emotion.
