The isolation exceptions set forth in the Isolation Rules can be found HERE.

The list of affected countries is published every Friday, takes effect on Monday, and is valid for one week.

Before arriving in Lithuania, it is necessary to have a negative response to the COVID-19 test performed no earlier than three days ago. The COVID-19 test is mandatory for people over 16 years of age.

Foreigners are prohibited from entering Lithuania, except for the exceptions provided by the Government.

For the isolation exemption to apply, documents proving the exemption must be sent to NVSC specialists at the point of entry or by email: [email protected]

Confirmation of the custom exemption will be sent by email. Pending approval, individuals will be considered isolated individuals. If the documents are presented at an airport or seaport, the isolation exemption will apply immediately.

It is not necessary to submit documents proving that a person has had COVID-19 if the disease has been diagnosed in Lithuania and the data is provided in the information system.
