Kęstutis Knizikevičius, director of the Biržai Emergency Operations Center, found himself in an even more ambiguous situation.
“I still see a violation, not even a stranger is necessary. And that was said, as far as I know, the mayor has written to the head of the institution asking for an explanation of the situation. It will continue to decide what to do next,” said K Knizikevičius.
The director of operations does not rule out that he could also be prevented from violating the quarantine.
“Currently we do not have the information to commit a specific offense. However, we will verify this information. And if we discover that there have been violations, we will take appropriate action,” said David Valtaris, Biržai Police Chief.
Although the doctors did not admit to violating the quarantine, its founders appeared to have violated the municipality.
“There should be no more holidays,” A. Garšvaitė, Biržai deputy mayor, told LNK.
