The 73-year-old man took the dog to be seduced and ran down the street, the summoned doctors could no longer help him. His wife, Janina, says that he still cannot recover from the loss. According to the woman, even a dog experiences the loss of a master.

“The dog is crying, he won’t let me wear the slippers, I wanted to grab them. The dog was lying on them, ”widow Janina Tamuliavičienė told LNK news.

The woman’s husband died a week ago, on Friday. The forensic experts who must determine the cause of death do not work weekends. Therefore, the body of the man who died on the street was transferred to the funeral service center by representatives of the Grinda municipal administration company.

Under an agreement with the Municipality of Vilnius, it undertakes, among other services, to protect the bodies on weekends until the forensic experts start working.

On Monday, Grinda transported the body from funeral services to forensic experts. The widow Janina soon learned that the cause of Nicholas’s death could not be determined because the body had begun to rot.

“I couldn’t humanly bury him, we put the suit in the coffin. He wrote that the body is broken. Can a person decompose in a couple of days? That means he took him to the morgue, ”said the widow Janina.

The widow said she could in no way believe that the remains that were to be kept in the fridge could be broken over the weekend.

“I couldn’t understand it. I was wondering how that could be. How is it possible? He’s a man, he’s a joke,” the woman told reporters.

The woman asked to be allowed to see the man’s remains.

“It just came to my knowledge then. The collar is blue, I tell you, I say, I don’t know if you can hear it, but we buried it like a poor man, we didn’t even wear shoes,” said the widow.

The funeral service center says it received Grinda’s body in a sealed and sealed bag. And what is the status of the remains could not be verified.

“Immediately for storage, the remains were placed in the refrigerator used in our company. During the storage period of the aforementioned remains, the operation of the refrigerator used in our company was not faulty. In addition to the aforementioned remains, the remains of other deceased persons were kept in this refrigerator, and the relatives who took them had no comments on the state of their relatives or the conditions of keeping them in the refrigerator ”, Stasys. Guja, deputy director of the Funeral Service Center, told LNK.

The municipality explains when and why the body could have collapsed so quickly.

“They should keep it in the fridge anyway, Grinda hands over the body and takes it away on Monday, with the documents. They don’t handle those refrigerators themselves, it’s hard to tell. This is the first case for me that something like this would happen. over the weekend, ”Saulius Valickas, a representative from the Vilnius municipality, told LNK News.

The municipality signed a contract with the company that protected the body of Janina’s husband a month ago. According to forensic experts, the remains are kept at a temperature of 0 to 4 degrees before the investigation of the cause of death. And it doesn’t fall apart in a couple of days. Without storage in the refrigerator, the body, depending on the temperature and humidity of the air, according to experts, can begin to decompose even after a day.
