The Re Verum group of companies announces the acquisition of the Vilnius funeral home on Olandų Street and the Ritualas company, which offers ritual services in these largest funeral homes in Lithuania.
The value of the transaction is not disclosed for confidentiality reasons.
With this transaction, Re Verum claims to have completed the first investment stage: consolidating funeral homes in the main Lithuanian cities.
“The transaction completes the development stage of funeral services in the main cities of Lithuania. We are currently mobilizing resources for development in the regions of the country and abroad, ”says Arnas Vildžiūnas, director of the Re Verum Group.
The first building of the building on Olandų Street was built and started operation in 1975, the second – in 1986. This building was designed by the architect Česlovas Mazūras.
According to the report, the palace has been renovated to preserve its historical authenticity, so no major investment in reconstruction is anticipated in the near future.
