The story is quite strange. Either Krishna did not fully understand everything in a rather confusing system, or the employees of the companies were not informed, did not fully understand what was written on their websites and could not explain the basic things to a person. It is quite difficult to contact them by phone, from people open to the wall, answering machines, etc. It is quite difficult for a person of retirement age to understand the system, so they are afraid to change their electricity supplier.

D. Krušna entered the first stage to choose an independent electricity supplier. Last year on December 8. concluded a contract with UAB Enefit by signing a mobile signature remotely. Everything was fine, but when it came time to pay for the month of February, he could no longer declare readings on the Ignitis portal, so he began to explain why. ESO spokesperson P. Kalmantas says that changing the electricity supplier is quite simple. If there are no special conditions, such as the customer receiving discounts, the change does not cost anything. The representative jokes that providers can change almost every month.

Krušna should analyze the conditions for terminating the Enefit contract and contact this supplier. “I understand that the situation is very unpleasant for a person, I can only regret it personally, but I cannot comment further without knowing the conditions under which the contracts were signed,” explained the ESO representative.
