The most important thing is to use the most natural products possible, avoid highly processed foods, refined grains, added sugar, salt and trans fats, ”she says.

The blogger shares a simple recipe for pigeons that is popular with both adults and children.

“Children under the age of two should avoid salt, so that it can be replaced by seasoning the dish with other spices and natural herbs. Therefore, it is better for puppies to produce pigeons in a separate formula,” he advises.

Lazy pigeons or ground beef and roasted cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 450 g minced meat (other minced meat or poultry are also suitable);
  • 1 onion (if you don’t like it, don’t put it);
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon. spoon sweet pepper powder;
  • you go out;
  • Pepper;
  • 100 g of parboiled rice;
  • 200 ml of tomato puree (or tomato puree in their own juice);
  • 250 ml of beef broth;
  • 1 small fresh cabbage;
  • cooking oil;
  • 100 g of cheddar cheese (optional);
  • 50 g of hard cheese (optional).

Doing:

1. First heat the oil in a pan, add the minced meat, bake.

2. Put the chopped onion, garlic and grated carrots in the pan and fry for another 5 minutes. We add spices, mix. We drink rice, serve tomato puree and broth.

3. Reduce heat to allow sauce to bubble, cover skillet and simmer 20 minutes. After this time, the rice should be cooked and the sauce is almost free.

4. Cut the cabbage leaves into large chunks, place in a hot skillet and fry over high heat, stirring for about 7-8 minutes. Cabbage pieces should be well roasted, but not overcooked.

5. In a baking dish we put 2/3 of the roasted cabbage, then a layer of meat and rice, on top, the remaining cabbage and the grated cheese. Cheeses aren’t necessary here, but they perfectly complement the flavor combination.

6. Bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 20 minutes.
