According to police, the man used a rope to draw water, entered the well and grabbed his son. Inside the well, the man called the help line because he did not have the strength to lift himself and his son.
Officers who arrived at the scene picked up a minor and removed a man when rescuers arrived.
Police reported that the boy and man were not injured. The minor was reorganized and handed over for medical examination.
The well the people fell into is said to contain 11 rents, according to rescuers, 7 of which are flooded with water.
