The Brooklyn Nets continue to explode muscles: Blake Griffin will join the team, reports Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Colones are launched this season
Griffin, who agreed with the Detroit Pistons to trade the contract and became a free agent, will sign a minimum value veteran contract with the Nets.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports that Griffin should play the role of reserve midfielder when the Nets play in the bottom five.
Griffin was selected to the NBA All-Star Game six times. The last time a 31-year-old forward participated in this event was in 2019.
Having played 20 games this season, Griffin is averaging 12.3 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.9 assists.
