During the search of the housing and utility premises, the agents did not notice anything suspicious, but their attention was caught by a hot pipe in the garage in the wall. After a thorough inspection of the garage, officers noticed a door masked under the finish in the wall that led to a homemade vodka “factory” deep within the garage.
Officials were surprised to see a huge homemade vodka machine installed here and running at full capacity, using 1,600 liters of yeast per production cycle. Next to him were more than 140 liters of fresh cabins poured into various containers.

The vodka machine was connected to a domestic heating system, thus reducing the cost of making vodka.
The device was of such size that it was impossible to remove it from the basement, so police officers traditionally used their colleagues from the Fire and Rescue Service, who soon came to the rescue.
