Kaunas “Žalgiris” (11/14) complemented the winning streak in the Euroleague by breaking Belgrade’s “Crvena Zvezda” at home (7/18) – 75:62 (22:26, 18:18, 20:14, 15: 4).
At the start of the match, Žalgiris entrusted the attack to Nigel Hayes (5: 5), and Thomas Walkup, who was stabbing his ankle, was substituted without playing for two minutes.
