Helicopters can be flown over municipalities to survey areas and potential hazards due to the accumulation of ice clusters, and the situation is being monitored by drones in municipalities. As the water level rises, warning messages will be sent to residents.

After the meeting, the heads of the municipalities and other representatives shared their experiences and discussed the necessary steps. Before the flood starts, residents are advised to make sure there is enough food, clean water, matches, and firewood for a few days. All electrical wiring must also be well insulated to avoid short circuits.
