According to the data in the case, using his relationship with GJ Furmanavičius, S. Živoltas indirectly demanded 100,000. bribery in euros of the representatives of Start Vilnius. Živoltas undertook to influence GJ Furmanavičius, and through him also other NJT employees, to act illegally in the exercise of his powers and allow the formation of a plot in Vilnius .
