According to the specialists of the Lithuanian Highway Police Service (LKPT), Article 2 paragraph 49 of the Road Safety Law states that a pedestrian is a person on the road who is not in a vehicle, as well as a wheelchair , roller skater, skateboarder, scooter driver., moped, motorcycle, sled, stroller or other wheelchair.
