Within a month from the effective date of this Law, the Ministry will also publish on its website information on the territories of the Lithuanian regions where the change in the regulatory value of a real estate area unit has been determined by the Manager of the Real Estate Registry and published on its website in 2020. As of January 1, the average values of the real estate market in Lithuanian cities, municipal centers and other municipal territories will not exceed 20%.
The law was approved by 80 Seimas members, one against and two abstentions.
