According to the Minister, the digitization of information on the maintenance of apartment buildings will be the responsibility of the Ministry.

S. Gentvilas hopes to find funds for this at RRF, and the platform would be created within a year.
According to the minister, the presidents or administrators of the associations would be obliged to include information on acquisitions, reports, technical data on the condition of the building, emergency violations, bidding documents.
