In a secret ballot in mid-January, the Seimas approved the candidacies of Giedrė Lastauskienė and Algis Norkūnas proposed to the CC by President Gitanas Nausėda and Acting President of the Supreme Court Sigita Rudėnaitė.

The mandate of three judges of the CC – the president of the Court Dainius Žalimas and the judges Gediminas Mesonis and Vytas Milius – ended on March 19.
After appointing new CC judges, G. Mesonis and V. Milius finished their work. And D.Žalimas continues to lead the CC.
