The first entrant: mild taste, reminiscent of herring, normal consistency, more delicious.
The second participant: there is no taste of the fish itself, bitter, the meat is chewed into a rubber mass, as if the sprats themselves were too big.
The third participant: the fish is small, sprats are acidic, the consistency is not very rubbery.

The first participant: similar to the second, perhaps a little fatter.
The second participant: tasteless, the aftertaste is unpleasant, it seems that some strange spices have been added, although the texture is too soft but not rubbery.
The third participant – feels the smokiest taste, interesting spices, the second tastier and very large sprats.

- Note that sprats did not have a tail.
The first participant: the taste is the most different of all, the worst of all where I have tasted before, odorless, the least fussy, the most tasteless.
The second entrant: the fattest, the oiliest taste is felt and the smoky taste strong, but it does not seem to be a very natural medium flavor.
Third participant: very strange, not very nice, some foreign taste, I would not like to buy sprats like that, very smoked.

- These sprats also had no tails, and some of the fish were so closely attached, as if they were doubles.
The first participant: similar to the fourth, but these are tastier, the consistency is normal.
The second participant: I feel the taste of fish the most, the less smoky taste, it seems the most natural, the least soggy, I would choose these because the most delicious sprats.
The third participant: delicious, the size of the fish is good, although the consistency turned out to be a bit spicy, but the taste in the mouth is pleasant.

- We noticed that with the second test, for the first participant, sprats, which were the tastiest (No. 1), became the worst at all: tasteless, odorless, and salt-free. Maybe it looked like this because the first sprat was tested.
