So far, thirteen parties have registered in the elections: the ruling Union of Peasants and Greens of Lithuania (LVŽS), the Social Democratic Labor Party of Lithuania, the Polish Election Campaign, the Union of Christian Families. Also in opposition are the National Union-Lithuanian Christian Democrats (TS-LKD), the Liberal Movement (LLS) and the Social Democratic Party of Lithuania (LSDP).
Newly established political organizations also promise to participate in the elections: the Union of Generations Solidarity-Cohesion of Lithuania (KSS-SL), the Freedom Party and the Christian Union (KS), non-parliamentary parties: the Green Party of Lithuania ( LLP), Lithuanian Freedom Union (LLS) (Liberals), Labor Party, Center Party “Lithuania Welfare”.
To date, the largest amount in his electoral account – 200 thousand. EUR – contributed by the LSDP. The total amount is the appropriations from the state budget.
Much smaller: 60 thousand. EUR and 50 thousand. The amounts in the accounts are maintained by LVŽS and TS-LKD, respectively. Most of the funds come from the state budget, although the LVŽS also allocated 8 euros of party funds.
The LLP continues to align with 27,010 euros. Most of this amount was raised by the party’s president, Remigijus Lapinskas, his former colleague, businessman Rimantas Bukauskas and the former CEO of the Achema group, which was included in the lists of the richest in Lithuania, Romualdas Žadeika. The party itself contributed € 10 to the bill.
In the LLS account – 20,092.15 euros, of which 92.15 euros – party funds, the remaining amount – credits from the state budget.

The new Freedom Party is very active in collecting donations from individuals and has a total of € 11,043.97 in their account. € 2,107.97 of this amount is made up of donations of up to € 12, but it is not known with certainty. Other funds were raised by party members, election candidates, or their families.
LSS (liberals), KS and KSS-SL have some money in their accounts, while the winds whistle in the accounts of other parts.
Seven people have already registered as independent participants in the elections: Daiva Ulbinaitė, former adviser to President Dalia Grybauskaitė, Raimundas Martinėlis, member of the Seimas conservative faction, Darius Kaminskas, a “peasant” of the Seimas, member of the former mayor of Vilnius Artūras Zuokas, Medžidovas, the Deputy Mayor of Šiauliai, Domas Griškevičius, and the former President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania, Alina Adomaitytė.
Only D.Ulbinaitė, D.Kaminskas and Z.Medžidovas have funds in their accounts, which have contributed them themselves.
People can register as participants in the Seimas political campaign until July 20, with elections scheduled for October.
